Major aesthetic changes are not purely physical. They often involve shifts in identity, self-perception, relationships, and how we inhabit our bodies.
With pre- and post-procedure support, this offering is designed for individuals navigating the emotional, psychological, and energetic dimensions of aesthetic transformation. An optional third session is available in the immediate days following the procedure for a nervous system reset.
Sessions provide a confidential space to explore motivations, calibrate fears, prepare the nervous system for change, and integrate the experience.

Pre-Procedure Clarity
Focus will be on decision alignment, emotional preparation, and exploration of the identity shifts associated with physical change.

Post-Procedure Integration
Focus is on embodiment, identity integration, confidence recalibration, and navigating social and relational changes following aesthetic transformation.

Immediate Post-Procedure Support (optional)
Optional third session designed to support early shifts in body perception, emotional recalibration, nervous system grounding during the initial healing period. Additional somatic or energetic techniques may be incorporated as appropriate.
